What you will do

  • Lead end-to-end product analytics initiatives to drive product and partnership strategy.
  • Develop and monitor key product metrics such as conversion, retention, churn, and LTV to identify growth opportunities.
  • Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests and experiments to influence product direction.
  • Perform deep-dive analyses and proactive data exploration to uncover trends and risks across product ecosystems.
  • Build analytical models to assess the impact of new features and inform roadmap prioritization.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to embed data-driven decision-making into business strategy.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in analytics or data science, with 2+ years specifically in product analytics.
  • Strong expertise in product performance metrics and translating data into business insights.
  • Hands-on experience with experimental design and statistical interpretation of A/B tests.
  • Advanced proficiency with modern data stacks (dbt, Airflow) and BI tools (Looker, Tableau, or Hex).
  • Strong SQL skills; advanced experience with Python or R for analytics and modeling.
  • Must be based in the United States (excluding Hawaii).
