• Design end-to-end user and operational flows, including interaction logic and system behaviors.
• Ensure a coherent user experience across multi-role workflows and interconnected systems.
• Develop initiatives for AI-driven workflow optimization and operational signal monetization.

Requirements

• Strong experience in Product Management or Product Design for complex system or workflow design.
• Proven track record with B2B, operational, or workflow-heavy products.
• Ability to structure ambiguity and transform unstructured problems into actionable directions.
• Experience collaborating closely with technical teams and understanding system constraints.
• Analytical and systems-thinking mindset.
