YOUR MISSION
Join us as Senior Product Manager and help shape the future of our next-generation public procurement platform. Reporting to the Product Director, you’ll drive operational excellence across the product lifecycle, ensuring we scale effectively while staying user-focused and insight-driven.

You’ll act as the glue between product, design, engineering, and commercial teams -putting the right processes, tools, insights, and feedback loops in place to support smarter decision-making and seamless product delivery.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
* Lead product discovery for high-priority initiatives, identifying innovative and user-centric solutions that address key customer needs and drive business value


* Drive epic kickoffs and product refinement, aligning cross-functional teams on scope, goals, and execution strategy


* Own end-to-end requirement definition, ensuring clarity, completeness, and alignment with user experience goals


* Manage and mentor Product Owners


* Ensure delivery excellence, reviewing and approving completed epics to maintain high quality and alignment with defined success criteria


* Own release communication strategy, including crafting clear internal release notes and delivering demos to stakeholders






REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
* Strong experience (ideally 5+ years) in Product Management roles, preferably in a B2B SaaS setting


* Solid understanding of Agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum, SAFe) and expertise with backlog management tools such as Jira.


* Proven ability to structure feedback and support cross-functional teams


* Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management


* A user-first mindset and drive for continuous improvement


* Fluent in written and spoken English

Duration: Full time

Workplace type: Hybrid - working onsite at the office (min. 3 days) and from home, balancing flexibility with collaboration

Location: Copenhagen, Denmark or Utrecht, Netherlands or Joensuu, Finland
