TL;DR

Senior Product Management Consultant (Product Management): Driving complex cross-functional initiatives for digital-first companies as an interim expert with an accent on product discovery, delivery, and organizational transformation. Location: Remote (Must be based in Greece). Timezone: Maximum time difference of +4.5 hours / -1 to -2 hours from CET.

What you will do

  • Serve as an interim Senior PM for B2B/B2C digital companies, driving complex cross-functional initiatives.
  • Manage discovery and delivery for parallel workstreams, utilizing OKRs, Continuous Discovery, JTBD, and A/B testing.
  • Own internal initiatives to improve PM playbooks, knowledge sharing, and process automation.
  • Coach and mentor Associate Product Managers using the "teaching hospital" method.
  • Develop and communicate compelling product narratives to align strategic context with C-level stakeholders.

Requirements

  • English: C2 or native level required.
  • Location: Must be based in Greece.
  • Timezone: Must align with CET (+4.5 / -2 hours max).
  • Proven track record of commercial leadership and ability to create structure from chaos.
  • High emotional intelligence and ability to manage strong personalities in high-pressure environments.

  • German language proficiency (C1+).
