What you will do

  • Provide statistical support for observational, RWE, and Phase IV studies.
  • Develop study designs, protocols, and statistical analysis plans (SAPs).
  • Execute and oversee statistical analyses to ensure accuracy and high-quality outputs.
  • Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Clinical, Epidemiology, and HEOR teams.
  • Interpret study results for clinical study reports, publications, and presentations.
  • Mentor junior statisticians.

Requirements

  • Master’s or PhD in Statistics, Biostatistics, or a related field.
  • 5–8+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or CRO industry.
  • Strong background in Medical Affairs, RWE, or observational studies.
  • Proficiency in SAS and/or R.
  • Experience with study design, statistical modeling, and data interpretation.
  • Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

  • Experience in Immunology, Oncology, or other relevant therapeutic areas.
  • Prior experience supporting publications and external communications.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
