What you will do
- Provide statistical support for observational, RWE, and Phase IV studies.
- Develop study designs, protocols, and statistical analysis plans (SAPs).
- Execute and oversee statistical analyses to ensure accuracy and high-quality outputs.
- Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Clinical, Epidemiology, and HEOR teams.
- Interpret study results for clinical study reports, publications, and presentations.
- Mentor junior statisticians.
Requirements
- Master’s or PhD in Statistics, Biostatistics, or a related field.
- 5–8+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or CRO industry.
- Strong background in Medical Affairs, RWE, or observational studies.
- Proficiency in SAS and/or R.
- Experience with study design, statistical modeling, and data interpretation.
- Must be based in the United States.
Nice to have
- Experience in Immunology, Oncology, or other relevant therapeutic areas.
- Prior experience supporting publications and external communications.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
