What you will do

• Drive marketing effectiveness for Small and Medium Customers (SMC) using learning-agenda strategies and causal analytics.
• Lead measurement and research plans for key verticals to support media objectives and business growth.
• Collaborate with Product and R&D teams to prototype and scale new measurement solutions.
• Build measurement capability and advocacy across verticals and with cross-functional partners.
• Contribute to quarterly OKRs focused on advertiser growth and innovation in measurement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or business field.
• 5+ years of advanced analytics and measurement experience within a technology company, media agency, or consulting firm.
• Proven experience with ads measurement.
• Proficiency with advanced analytical tools such as SQL, R, or SAS.
• Ability to communicate effectively with senior and executive stakeholders.
