Salary: $110,000 - $150,000 per year

What you will do
- Support, develop, and drive technology partnerships (modem, mobile OEM, IoT, test equipment) including interoperability, agreements, compliance, and marketing.
- Develop certification roadmaps, procedures, timelines aligned with product cycles; produce system documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate with engineering, RF, protocol, regulatory teams to ensure partner products meet conformance; manage testing campaigns and resolve failures.
- Track certification status, risks, budget, metrics; report to senior leadership.
- Monitor 3GPP standards (Releases 17+), translate into compliance strategies; lead end-to-end device certification programs across global bodies (GCF, PTCRB, FCC, etc.).
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in technical field (engineering, physics, math, CS, IT) OR 5+ years in partnership management, technical account management, or sales/pre-sales engineering.
- 3+ years in partnership management, technical account management, or sales/pre-sales engineering.
- 2+ years in telecommunications industry.
- ITAR compliance: U.S. citizen/national, permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
- Ability to work extended hours/weekends; up to 40% travel.
Nice to have
- 3+ years in technical partnerships, sales, or engineering roles.
- Experience with UE testing, NTN/satellite telecom, device certification programs.
- Track record building partnerships with OEMs/certification ecosystems.
- Deep knowledge of 3GPP RAN5 specs, test procedures (NR, NR-NTN).
- Experience at fast-growing tech startup; interest in market trends.
