Salary: $297,000 – $330,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Serve as the primary legal partner for teams focused on consumer hardware design and procurement.
• Provide business-oriented legal advice to hardware engineering, manufacturing operations, and product design teams.
• Draft and negotiate complex supply, development, licensing, and manufacturing agreements.
• Identify and address commercial, product, regulatory, and privacy issues within commercial transactions.
• Develop scalable strategies and processes for handling legal issues to support company growth.
• Monitor regulatory and compliance matters affecting hardware and technology.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in in-house or technology-focused law firm roles.
• Strong background in drafting complex commercial contracts, including hardware supply, manufacturing, and IP licensing.
• JD and license to practice in California (CA).
• Ability to operate independently and proactively in an entrepreneurial environment.
• Strong cross-functional communication and relationship-building skills.
