Salary: $150,500 - $194,700 CAD

What you will do

• Propose and conduct quantitative research into user behaviors and business trends to identify product opportunities.
• Design and analyze experiments for causal inference in collaboration with engineers and economists.
• Partner with product managers to scope new features and develop scenario modeling for metric impact.
• Define, monitor, and investigate key metrics to propose strategic next steps.
• Develop deep domain expertise in hirify.global search and its interaction with other systems.
• Collaborate on data table design and mentor fellow team members.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or economics.
• Must be based in Ontario or British Columbia, Canada.
• Expert proficiency in SQL.
• Proven experience scoping, analyzing, and communicating results of experiments.
• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in a technical field (Statistics, Engineering, Math, CS, or Economics).
• Strong cross-functional communication skills and experience managing stakeholders.
