What you will do

• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to advance customer understanding and improve product experiences.
• Drive insights into customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and loyalty using causal inference and experimentation methods.
• Design product experiments to test business hypotheses and apply rigorous statistical analyses to interpret results.
• Contribute to the data science roadmap and organizational maturity in ML and statistical storytelling.
• Act as a technical lead and provide mentorship to fellow data scientists.

Requirements

• Advanced degree in a quantitative field.
• Minimum of 4 years of industry experience in exploratory data analysis (EDA), statistical testing, and model development.
• Expertise in causal inference.
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Experience with data visualization tools.
• Demonstrated ability to lead technically and passion for mentoring.
