What you will do

• Lead the development of advanced measurement methodologies to evaluate marketing effectiveness.
• Design scalable frameworks and tools to systematize measurement across various channels.
• Iterate on approaches to channel incrementality to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to align measurement insights with business growth strategy.
• Serve as a technical leader and mentor to elevate analytical standards within the team.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 4+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or economics.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and causal inference methods.
• Strong understanding of statistical and machine learning concepts.
• Fluency in marketing measurement; Media Mix Modeling (MMM) is preferred.
• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Statistics, Economics, Math, Computer Science, or Engineering.
