What you will do

  • Own the full-cycle recruiting process for various technical and business departments across the organization.
  • Partner with hiring managers to develop job descriptions, identify candidates, and negotiate offers.
  • Manage the inbound applicant pipeline and proactively source passive job seekers using LinkedIn Recruiter and other tools.
  • Guide candidates through the evaluation and offer process, providing salary recommendations and ensuring smooth onboarding.
  • Optimize recruitment activities to ensure timely feedback and status updates for both candidates and managers.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of corporate and technical recruiting experience.
  • Proven track record in high-growth technical or scientific research environments.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Rippling) and advanced sourcing platforms.
  • Strong communication skills for conducting high-quality interviews and in-depth candidate research.
  • Must be based in the United States.
