What you will do
- Manage product field performance and warranty issues for BU2 NA region.
- Review and approve/dispute customer warranty debits, negotiate technical factors.
- Drive continuous improvement of warranty systems and product field performance.
- Provide field failure prevention input to Product Engineering and Process Planning.
- Coordinate with Plants, Process Engineering, and Product Engineering on root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Manage multiple high-profile, high-cost quality issues simultaneously.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Engineering required, master’s degree desirable.
- Minimum 7 years of experience with Leadership or Supervision highly desired.
- Experience in Product or Systems Engineering desired.
- Problem Solving experience, Green Belt/Black Belt a plus.
- Strong presentation and communication skills (written and verbal).
