What you will do

• Lead the ongoing development and business-wide implementation of the Solar Quality Program.
• Ensure clear ownership, accountability, and measurable performance standards for quality across all functional areas.
• Monitor industry quality trends and best practices to maintain leadership in utility-scale solar execution.
• Define systems to track and manage Quality KPIs, driving proactive intervention and continuous improvement.
• Partner with the Director of Quality to support strategic growth, risk mitigation, and operational excellence.
• Recruit, develop, and coach the Solar Quality team, including analysts and specialists.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, quality management, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in construction and quality management.
• 3+ years of previous leadership experience.
• Ability to work onsite in Avon, MN.

• Experience with Power BI.
• Experience with Arc GIS.
