What you will do

• Own availability, performance, and resilience of multi-region AWS platform, driving SLOs, error budgets, and architecture for Kubernetes (EKS) and serverless workloads.
• Advance observability with Datadog, refine incident management, on-call processes, and act as incident commander.
• Drive operational excellence through automation, cost optimization, AI-enhanced efficiency, CI/CD improvements with CircleCI, and IaC with Terraform.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a distributed team of CloudOps engineers across US and UK.
• Oversee legacy .NET solution in private data centers while maintaining boundaries with cloud platform.

Requirements

• 10+ years in cloud infrastructure, SRE, or DevOps, with recent experience leading CloudOps/SRE teams
• Proven track record of operational or platform transformations in SaaS at scale with multi-region systems.
• Hands-on with AWS (multi-region), Kubernetes (EKS), Terraform, CI/CD (CircleCI), Datadog.
• Deep expertise in incident management, SLO/SLI, monitoring, microservices, and distributed systems.
• Collaborative leadership balancing hands-on work with team development and continuous improvement.
