What you will do

  • Develop and grow an editorial strategy to serve branded channels and business goals.
  • Collaborate with SEO and content agencies to optimize and scale organic traffic efforts.
  • Oversee editorial calendars and manage workflows involving freelance writers and designers.
  • Transform technical insurance topics into insightful, consumer-friendly content.
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand voice, guidelines, and strict legal requirements.
  • Track and analyze content performance to refine and elevate the overall strategy.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of content marketing or editorial experience.
  • Experience working within a regulated industry.
  • Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to simplify complex topics.
  • Familiarity with SEO and AEO-driven content strategies.
  • Proven track record of managing content teams, freelancers, and agencies.
  • Ability to work from designated office locations in the US.
