What you will do
- Develop and implement product roadmaps and marketing plans to increase market share and expand into new markets.
- Manage full product launch activities, including positioning, pricing, packaging, and marketing collateral.
- Conduct continuous market trend and competitor analysis to maintain a proactive, market-driven approach.
- Coordinate new product development, beta site programs, and prototype evaluations.
- Handle P&L acumen, annual forecasting, budgeting, and the creation of commercial product specifications.
- Collaborate with R&D and Marketing to perform portfolio reviews and execute go-to-market strategies.
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of Product Management experience, preferably in UV light, digital print, or related industries.
- University degree or diploma in Business or a technical field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and database management.
- Strong project management, organizational, and presentation skills.
- High technical aptitude; understanding of optics and LEDs is a strong asset.
- Ability to work onsite in Mississauga and travel up to 25%.
Nice to have
- Experience working within a production environment where products are manufactured on-site.
- International travel experience.
