What you will do

• Lead and coordinate technical meetings with clients to align on project goals.
• Develop parametric 3D data autonomously following construction standards and efficiency guidelines.
• Propose engineering solutions specifically for plastics and sheet metal technologies.
• Create detailed 2D drawings utilizing knowledge of GD&T and injection molding processes.
• Mentor junior team members by coordinating and reviewing their technical work.
• Communicate technical problems, proposals, and risks clearly to the client.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Automotive, Mechatronic, Mechanical engineering or related.
• 5+ years of experience in the automotive industry development area.
• Proven experience designing vehicle interiors (doors, console, and IP for Interior Trim).
• Advanced knowledge in DFMEA, DFA, DFM, and GD&T Materials.
• Experience working with both plastic and metal parts.
• Fluent English proficiency.

• German language skills at A2 level.
