Location: On-site 5 days a week in Los Angeles or NYC office. Applicants must be eligible to work in the US.

Salary: $280,000 - $340,000 base (before equity)

What you will do

• Set design vision aligned with company strategy and roadmap
• Partner with Product and Engineering to shape direction from concept to launch
• Build, mentor, and scale high-performing design and design engineering teams
• Evolve design systems and processes for rapid iteration and consistency
• Drive user insights through research to inform strategy and decisions
• Champion craft, usability, and emotional resonance across product surfaces

Requirements

• 10+ years product design experience, including leading and scaling design teams
• Experience shipping consumer tech products at scale
• Strong collaboration with product and engineering leaders
• Exceptional taste, systems thinking, and product mindset
• Comfort in ambiguity, fast-paced environments, and clear communication

• Experience in AI-driven creative tools or complex technical products
