What you will do

• Own the company's positioning and narrative across web, sales, events, and media.
• Lead go-to-market (GTM) strategies for all launches, from messaging to internal enablement.
• Build and deliver sales and customer success enablement tools, including battlecards and ROI calculators.
• Drive adoption and retention through lifecycle marketing, onboarding flows, and in-app communications.
• Conduct win/loss interviews and competitive intelligence to inform product and business strategy.
• Represent the brand as an evangelist through thought leadership and industry events.

Requirements

• Proven experience in strategic marketing and GTM leadership roles.
• Ability to translate product features into clear commercial value outcomes (revenue, efficiency, compliance).
• Strong skills in narrative development, positioning, and messaging architecture.
• Track record of leading cross-functional launches and driving measurable adoption.
• Expertise in sales and customer success enablement.
• Must be based in the USA.
