What you will do

  • Build foundational messaging houses, value propositions, and narrative strategies for new product launches.
  • Lead integrated GTM execution across Email, Social, Paid, and Web channels, acting as the General Manager for launches.
  • Synthesize data from competitive intelligence, category trends, and consumer research to identify market white space.
  • Orchestrate the connection between Product Management and the Marketing organization to maintain product vision.
  • Monitor brand health metrics and design integrated programs to strengthen market resonance and sentiment.
  • Provide mentorship and build marketing frameworks to elevate the overall team's rigor.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in Product Marketing or Brand Management within high-growth B2C environments.
  • Proven track record of launching new products or entering new categories via integrated multi-channel campaigns.
  • Experience in healthcare, wellness, or regulated consumer goods within a tech-enabled startup environment.
  • Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid capacity in Austin, TX.
  • Proficiency with GTM tools (Jira, Airtable, Figma, Google Suite) and data visualization software.
  • Exceptional communication skills for presenting strategies to executive leadership.

Nice to have

  • Experience with B2B or B2BC business models.
  • Familiarity with legal and regulatory compliance approval processes.
