What you will do

• Administer, configure, and maintain the Infor SyteLine (CloudSuite Industrial) ERP system to ensure high availability.
• Manage user accounts, security permissions, and roles across the organization.
• Develop and maintain internal reports, forms, and automated workflows within SyteLine.
• Collaborate with the internal IT team and Managed Service Provider (MSP) to support daily operations and integrations.
• Perform data management tasks, including imports, exports, and rigorous data integrity checks.
• Ensure system validation documentation and audit trails meet FDA and regulatory standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience administering ERP systems, preferably Infor SyteLine / CloudSuite Industrial.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing, finance, and supply chain business processes.
• General knowledge of IT infrastructure, including servers, networking, and end-user systems.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity in Kennewick, WA.

Nice to have

• Experience with Infor CPQ, Infor OS, or the Mongoose framework.
• Proficiency in SQL Server, database management, and query writing.
• Experience with .NET, scripting, or automation tools.
• Familiarity with reporting tools like SSRS and Power BI.
• Prior experience working in a regulated medical device manufacturing environment.
