What you will do

• Develop frameworks and AI-powered models to systematically evaluate go-to-market success across various markets and product lines.
• Build measurement infrastructure to assess social content effectiveness and connect signals to commercial outcomes.
• Leverage AI to synthesize competitive and consumer signals to inform upstream positioning decisions.
• Design and maintain scalable data pipelines and AI tooling to support global marketing strategy.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Analytics, IT, and Commercial Data teams to drive data-driven business decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field (Master's preferred).
• 8–10 years of experience in analytics or data science, with practical application of AI/ML in a commercial context.
• Proficiency in the modern data stack: Snowflake, dbt, and Fivetran.
• Strong knowledge of ETL/ELT processes and data visualization platforms.
• Ability to communicate complex analytical results to senior stakeholders and non-technical audiences.
• Must be based in the United States to be eligible for employment and benefits.
