What you will do

• Build and own canonical data models in Snowflake to serve as the company-wide source of truth.
• Structure datasets to optimize the performance of vendor AI tools with consistent schemas and rich semantics.
• Prototype MCP integrations to enable internal teams to query data conversationally.
• Eliminate shadow tables and one-off datasets by serving needs at the platform level.
• Own the dbt transformation layer, ensuring rigorous testing and validation for all consumers.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in data engineering.
• Strong SQL skills and deep expertise with Snowflake.
• Proficiency with dbt or comparable transformation frameworks.
• Experience designing efficient and scalable analytical data models.
• Track record of building infrastructure that unblocks teams.
• Must be authorized to work in the US (based on 401k, HSA, and FSA benefits).
