What you will do

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns via email, SMS, and push notifications to improve player retention.
• Coordinate the setup of online bonus promotions across web, app, and other communication channels.
• Implement audience segmentation and automation to enable personalized player journeys.
• Maintain the campaign calendar and coordinate alignment between internal teams and external vendors.
• Develop promotional content, including copywriting for emails and management of digital assets.
• Conduct QA, A/B testing, and performance reporting to optimize engagement and ROI.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in CRM marketing within a digital marketing environment.
• Strong communication, writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Familiarity with performance tracking and data reporting.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without the need for current or future visa sponsorship.
