What you will do

• Support Portfolio Managers on trade bookings and overall blotter management.
• Manage trade recaps and ensure accuracy throughout the trade life-cycle process across all systems.
• Oversee position management and P&L inquiries within the Portfolio Management System (PMS) and trader systems.
• Handle FX & Future rolls, expiries, cash balances, and trade/position impactful events.
• Develop automation and tooling using Python and VBA to reduce risk and operational gaps.
• Liaise with Operations, Product, and P&L Valuations teams to ensure system alignment.

Requirements

• Experience supporting Portfolio Managers or Traders.
• Knowledge of operational risk and trade life cycle events as they impact P&L.
• Strong understanding of financial markets and Fixed Income/FX products (futures, forwards, swaps, options).
• Advanced Excel skills, including VBA and macros.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Must be based in New York, NY.
