What you will do

• Execute fixed income and equity trades, including block trading and individual account orders.
• Analyze client portfolios to facilitate strategy implementation and tax loss harvesting.
• Maintain portfolio models and manage client trading restrictions within the accounting system.
• Coordinate trade order allocations between custodians and brokers to ensure timely settlement.
• Perform post-trade compliance checks to ensure data accuracy and rule adherence.
• Drive initiatives to enhance efficiency and optimize team workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in equity and/or fixed income trading within an RIA, broker-dealer, or other financial services firm.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel capabilities preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills for a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to quality and team success.
