What you will do
- Track campaign elements from pre-production through final wrap using Monday.com to ensure all deliverables are met.
- Manage physical production logistics, including product deliveries to set, prize fulfillment, and inventory tracking.
- Handle legal compliance for sweepstakes and contests, including official rules, affidavits, and FTC/COPPA requirements.
- Collect and validate performance data using Google Analytics and Viewstats to maintain a central KPI database.
- Act as the primary on-set backup for Brand Activation Leads, managing client hospitality and troubleshooting issues under pressure.
- Utilize AI tools (Gemini, ChatGPT) to optimize administrative workflows and asset management.
Requirements
- 4-6 years of experience in project management or production within high-volume digital media or entertainment.
- Proven ability to manage complex timelines with 50+ simultaneous deliverables.
- Expert proficiency in Monday.com and Google Slides, with data fluency in Google Analytics.
- Deep understanding of digital advertising constraints on YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Must hold a valid U.S. driverβs license and be willing to drive for production needs.
- Ability to work in-office five days per week (for NC-based candidates) with flexibility for weekend and irregular hours.
