What you will do

  • Provide advanced technical support for Apple Mac and Windows devices, including network connectivity and VoIP systems.
  • Own the end-to-end technical onboarding and offboarding experience, including device imaging, deployment, and account deprovisioning.
  • Manage local IT asset inventory, ensuring all equipment is tracked, functional, and up to date.
  • Lead and execute local IT projects to improve workflows and collaborate with the global IT team on company-wide initiatives.
  • Perform routine system maintenance, deploy new security tools, and maintain technical documentation.
  • Mentor junior team members and deliver the IT portion of new hire orientation.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of hands-on IT support experience across Mac and Windows environments.
  • Strong expertise in macOS and Apple hardware with solid working knowledge of Windows OS.
  • Proven troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Clear and effective communication skills for explaining technical concepts simply.
  • Ability to work independently and take full ownership of the local IT environment.
  • Experience managing inventory and asset tracking.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Google Admin Console, Okta, Slack, Jira, or Confluence.
  • Knowledge of CrowdStrike, Netskope, JumpCloud (UEM), or Kandji (MDM).
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and Microsoft 365.
