What you will do

• Lead execution of runtime threat defenses embedded in Copilot, including detection, prevention, and containment that adapt in real-time.
• Translate agentic AI threat models into engineering plans and production features using security research and red-team insights.
• Coordinate delivery across security engineering, AI research, platform, and product teams, managing dependencies and tradeoffs.
• Define operability metrics for defenses, ensure observability, and incorporate feedback from incidents and testing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree AND 6+ years in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development (OR equivalent)
• 3+ years managing cross-functional/cross-team projects
• Live within 50-mile commute of Mountain View office (or 25-mile for non-US, but this is US role)

Nice to have

• 12+ years experience in relevant fields
• Execution in high-ambiguity environments with evolving threats
• Systems thinking for execution paths, failure modes, and adversarial behavior
• Background in security engineering, distributed systems, ML, or runtime defenses
• Experience with agentic AI, LLMs, or partnering with red-teams
