What you will do

• Develop and maintain platform services interfacing with LLMs for building conversational agents.
• Investigate design approaches, prototype technologies, and evaluate feasibility with the team.
• Lead development and launch of core product features in Agile/Scrum environment.
• Drive system architecture, best practices, and high-performance, low-latency runtime solutions.
• Leverage large-scale data and computing for multimodal LLMs and Generative AI to improve conversational capabilities.

Requirements

• Experience programming in Java, C++, or C# with object-oriented design.
• Contributions to architecture, design patterns, reliability, and scaling of systems.
• Knowledge of full software development lifecycle: coding standards, reviews, source control, CI/CD, testing, operational excellence.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
• Experience with Machine Learning applications.
• Defining system architectures and technical tradeoffs.
• Effective communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
