AI Engineer (Construction Tech)

TL;DR

Location: Remote (Poland). Must have partial overlap with US Eastern Time (until 2–3pm EST).

What you will do

• Integrate AI-generated code from tools like Claude and GitHub Copilot into a 1.1M+ line production codebase
• Design and optimize processes for AI-assisted software development, including prompt engineering and agent workflows
• Develop tools and workflows to streamline code review, testing, and deployment of AI-generated code
• Support the creation of data pipelines and architecture for business intelligence and AI/ML model training
• Implement solutions for anomaly detection and real-time monitoring of operational data
• Stay updated with AI/ML practices and coach the team on new tools

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering or software engineering
• Hands-on experience with AI code generation tools (Claude, GitHub Copilot, OpenAI Codex)
• Proficiency in .NET (C#), React, React Native, or Python
• Experience with AWS and SaaS architectures
• Must be based in Poland
• Ability to work with partial overlap to US Eastern Time (until at least 2–3pm EST)

Nice to have

• Experience with large-scale enterprise codebases
• Knowledge of construction tech or workforce management domains
• Experience with anomaly detection, real-time data processing, or IoT data
• Exposure to LLM fine-tuning or retrieval-augmented generation (RAG)
