What you will do

• Define and execute R&D roadmap for advanced NLP, LLM, and Agentic AI systems
• Lead development of novel architectures for multi-agent orchestration, tool-use integration, and RAG
• Drive collaboration with product, engineering, and research teams to align AI with business impact
• Architect scalable training, fine-tuning, and deployment workflows on cloud and distributed systems
• Establish MLOps practices, model evaluation, and responsible AI for production deployments
• Mentor and grow high-performing team of AI engineers and researchers
• Communicate technical insights and breakthroughs to executives and stakeholders

Requirements

• 7+ years hands-on in AI/ML, including 3+ years leading R&D and production projects
• PhD/Master’s in ML, CS, or equivalent senior experience
• Recognized specialist in NLP/LLMs: training, fine-tuning, RAG, large-scale evaluation
• Experience designing/deploying Agentic AI: multi-agent, tools, autonomous workflows
• Proficient in Python, C++/Java; PyTorch, Hugging Face, LangChain, LlamaIndex
• Vector DBs, retrieval systems, cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure), distributed training, MLOps, Docker/K8s
• Leadership: mentor teams, present to executives, publications/patents/open-source in NLP/LLMs
