What you will do

• Design, build, and improve scalable automation workflows to support commercial operations and reduce manual effort.
• Create prompt flows, validation logic, and confidence-scoring to enhance automation accuracy and quality.
• Engineer workflow orchestration including queues, retries, failover, and exception routing for stable performance.
• Monitor performance metrics like accuracy, processing time, throughput, and drive data-based improvements.
• Define exception-handling frameworks and human-in-the-loop processes for low-confidence cases.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Data teams, and stakeholders to translate needs into automation solutions.
• Develop AI-powered extraction for parsing structured data into reliable actions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
• 3+ years in analytics, BI, reporting, or automation roles.
• Hands-on experience building and maintaining production automation workflows.
• Experience with APIs and event-driven architectures.
• Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts (OCR, NLP, prompt engineering, confidence scoring).
• Experience with modern development environments like Codex IDE or AI-assisted coding tools.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills; ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
