What you will do

• Lead high-priority strategic analytics initiatives for Global GTM Data Science and AI Solutions, from definition to execution.
• Build and scale competitive intelligence capabilities to inform GTM strategy, product positioning, and commercial opportunities.
• Own business performance updates for GTM leadership, including executive-ready metrics and narratives.
• Translate complex data science and AI capabilities into clear recommendations and practical workflows for business teams.
• Define scalable operating rhythms, business review cadences, and processes to improve decision-making.
• Partner with RevOps, Data Science, and GTM leadership to align strategic priorities and drive measurable impact.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in strategy, business operations, or consulting, preferably in high-growth tech environments.
• Background in top-tier strategy consulting (e.g., McKinsey, BCG, Bain) or similar experience leading complex strategic initiatives.
• Strong expertise in business performance management, commercial metrics, and executive reporting.
• Working knowledge of SQL or Python sufficient to QA analytical outputs or AI-generated code.
• Exceptional communication skills and experience preparing updates for senior leadership.
• Must be based in the US (specifically San Francisco area).
