Customer Success Manager (Enterprise): Engage, retain, and enable enterprise customers to utilize the hirify.global learning platform for technology skill development with an accent on driving renewals, expansion, and ROI demonstration. Focus on building trusted advisor relationships, mitigating risks, and forecasting portfolio health through data-driven insights and strategic recommendations.

Remote (USA); applicants within 45 miles of Westlake/Dallas, TX office must work on-site Tuesday through Thursday, with remote flexibility on Mondays and Fridays. Ability to travel 25-50%.

$104,000 - $130,000 USD (annual US base + variable).

What you will do

  • Drive the Client Engagement Model for mutual customer and company success.
  • Own accounts from onboarding to renewal, anticipating needs and mitigating risks.
  • Measure customer health, utilization, and value using internal tools; take corrective actions and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Inspire adoption of best practices and successful implementations.
  • Forecast risks, renewals, and expansion opportunities.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years related experience (or 3+ years with advanced degree).
  • Progressive experience in customer success, sales, professional services, consulting, or technical enablement.
  • Experience supporting global enterprise customers on SaaS and On-Premises solutions.
  • Build relationships with CTOs, CIOs, VPs of Engineering; network across departments.
  • Ability to travel 25-50%.
  • Understanding of software engineering life cycle and technical knowledge to articulate concepts.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Gainsight and Salesforce.com.
