What you will do
- Handle high-volume inbound call center interactions with patients and providers regarding medical equipment orders and delivery coordination.
- Complete patient intake and verify insurance coverage.
- Accurately enter data into electronic health records (EHR) and CRM systems.
- Resolve customer service inquiries and complaints using de-escalation techniques.
- Schedule deliveries and pickups while maintaining accurate account records and documentation compliance.
- Meet call center performance metrics (KPIs) and productivity standards.
Requirements
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is a MUST.
- High school diploma or GED.
- 6+ months of healthcare customer service or call center experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams) and the ability to navigate EHR/CRM software.
- Demonstrated typing speed of 30–35+ WPM.
- Reliable internet and transportation for remote or hybrid work.
