What you will do

  • Handle high-volume inbound call center interactions with patients and providers regarding medical equipment orders and delivery coordination.
  • Complete patient intake and verify insurance coverage.
  • Accurately enter data into electronic health records (EHR) and CRM systems.
  • Resolve customer service inquiries and complaints using de-escalation techniques.
  • Schedule deliveries and pickups while maintaining accurate account records and documentation compliance.
  • Meet call center performance metrics (KPIs) and productivity standards.

Requirements

  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is a MUST.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • 6+ months of healthcare customer service or call center experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams) and the ability to navigate EHR/CRM software.
  • Demonstrated typing speed of 30–35+ WPM.
  • Reliable internet and transportation for remote or hybrid work.
