What you will do

• Conduct outbound cold calls to patients to provide information on healthcare coverage options.
• Guide patients through the Medicaid application or reapplication process.
• Assist in securing coverage to help reduce their medical expenses.
• Follow process-oriented approaches in all outreach efforts.

Requirements

• Expert fluency in both English and Spanish
• Access to a computer with reliable audio/microphone and stable internet
• Comfort and experience with cold-calling and outbound calls
• Fast learner with a process-oriented approach
• Positive attitude and genuine care for others
