What you will do

• Own the product roadmap for Dispatch, Driver Mobile, and Routing, translating workflows into prioritized features.
• Drive the development of a route optimization engine, including universal optimization and recommendation UX.
• Lead product development for the driver mobile app, focusing on stop workflows, GPS automation, and turn-by-turn navigation.
• Own the integration strategy for telematics, geofencing, camera systems, and scale integrations.
• Conduct customer discovery through shadowing and interviews with dispatchers and drivers.
• Partner with engineering to define technical architecture and write detailed PRDs.

Requirements

• 4+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, ideally in logistics or field service software.
• Proven track record of shipping driver- or field-worker-facing mobile applications.
• Comfort with technical complexity, including API architecture and real-time data systems.
• Ability to translate ambiguous operational problems into well-scoped engineering work.
• BA/BS degree required; background in engineering or logistics is a strong plus.
• Must be based in New York City

Nice to have

• Background in waste management or municipal services.
• Experience with video telematics, AI dashcam integrations, and camera event APIs.
• Familiarity with route optimization constraints and multi-variable optimization.
• Experience with GPS/geofencing systems and location-based mobile UX patterns.
