What you will do

• Manage and write compliant, professionally produced proposals within defined timeframes.
• Develop proposal strategies, themes, outlines, and compliance matrices.
• Lead collaborative sessions to refine win strategies and identify customer pain points.
• Coordinate and edit inputs from solutions architects, SMEs, and teaming partners.
• Conduct internal color reviews to evaluate technical and management approaches.
• Maintain proposal repositories and past performance catalogues via SharePoint.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years of experience writing winning Federal IT Services and Engineering proposals.
• Active TS Clearance.
• Must be able to support on-site proposal responses in Chantilly, VA.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Adobe Suite.
• Experience with Proposal Repository Management using Teams and SharePoint.
• Ability to work occasional nights and weekends as required by proposal schedules.

Nice to have

• Strong understanding of Software Development, Cybersecurity, or DevSecOps.
• Experience with leading complex proposals in the DoD and Intelligence sectors.
• APMP certification.
• Experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce.
• Experience using generative AI for research, analysis, and content generation.
