What you will do
- Provide 1:1 virtual coaching sessions to members using the platform.
- Help members identify and track professional goals and improve their leadership and communication skills.
- Participate in an immersive, ICF-certified coach training program to master the Coaching Methodology.
- Communicate with members via email and chat between sessions to provide ongoing support.
- Collaborate with the coaching community by sharing tools and insights to enhance overall practices.
Requirements
- Director, VP, or senior CS/CX leader with 20+ years of experience managing teams in the technology industry or tech-adjacent environments.
- Proven experience coaching individuals and a desire to transition leadership skills into professional coaching.
- Ability to dedicate 3–5 hours per week (min 12 hours/month) for a minimum of 24 months.
- High emotional intelligence and the ability to create a safe space for vulnerability.
- Must be based in the UK, Ireland, Belgium, France, the Netherlands, or Germany.
- Comfortable working within a fast-paced startup environment.
