What you will do
- Deliver structured, outcome-oriented coaching engagements to people managers and senior leaders.
- Utilize platform analytics to tailor coaching conversations and track progress against goals.
- Facilitate group coaching sessions, leadership workshops, and manager development programs.
- Maintain thorough documentation of sessions, action items, and participant progress.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align coaching with customer strategic objectives.
- Provide feedback on coaching methodology effectiveness and product improvement opportunities.
Requirements
- Graduate degree (Master’s or Doctorate) in Organizational Development, Psychology, HR, or Business Administration.
- ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential is required.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional coaching experience, focusing on executive or leadership effectiveness.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written).
- Availability to cover EU and UK time zones.
Nice to have
- Certifications in leadership assessment tools like Hogan, DISC, or EQ-i 2.0.
- Experience delivering coaching within B2B SaaS or high-growth technology environments.
- Prior experience in platform-embedded coaching programs (e.g., BetterUp, Torch).
- Familiarity with the platform and people analytics.
