What you will do

• Deliver structured, outcome-oriented coaching engagements to people managers and senior leaders.
• Utilize hirify.global platform analytics to tailor coaching conversations and track progress against goals.
• Facilitate group coaching sessions, leadership workshops, and manager development programs.
• Maintain thorough documentation of sessions, action items, and participant progress.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align coaching with customer strategic objectives.
• Provide feedback on coaching methodology effectiveness and product improvement opportunities.

Requirements

• Graduate degree (Master’s or Doctorate) in Organizational Development, Psychology, HR, or Business Administration.
• ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional coaching experience, focusing on executive or leadership effectiveness.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written).
• Availability to cover EU and UK time zones.

Nice to have

• Certifications in leadership assessment tools like Hogan, DISC, or EQ-i 2.0.
• Experience delivering coaching within B2B SaaS or high-growth technology environments.
• Prior experience in platform-embedded coaching programs (e.g., BetterUp, Torch).
