Salary: $100K – $140K

What you will do

• Lead new customers through the hirify.global Accelerator onboarding program to ensure quick time-to-value.
• Develop and maintain implementation plans that align with customer goals and track progress.
• Act as the primary link between customers and internal Engineering, Product, and Design teams to influence the product roadmap.
• Proactively identify success risks and develop decisive action plans to mitigate them.
• Document customer value realization through case studies, new use cases, and success metrics.

Requirements

• At least 2+ years of experience in financial audit or assurance is a must.
• 1+ years of experience in technology consulting, customer onboarding, or implementation.
• Proven project management proficiency with the ability to juggle multiple customers and projects.
• Strong executive presence and ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Must be based in the USA.
