What you will do

• Manage and maintain the NetSuite application, including custom fields, forms, records, and dashboards.
• Develop and deploy customizations and new NetSuite modules to meet evolving business needs.
• Build and maintain automated workflows using SuiteFlow to optimize business processes.
• Create and manage complex saved searches, reports, and KPIs across all departments.
• Manage user access, security roles, and permissions to ensure strict data integrity.
• Oversee data imports via CSV Import Assistant and conduct regular data audits and cleansing.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience as a NetSuite Administrator covering both logistical and financial domains.
• Proficiency in SuiteFlow, SuiteBuilder, and the creation of custom records and fields.
• Expertise in building complex Saved Searches and custom Reports.
• Proven experience managing user roles, permissions, and security settings.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical NetSuite solutions.
• Must be based in Teaneck, NJ.
