Annual salary: $178,500–$331,500 in California, plus potential bonus, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Design, develop, and implement software for physical verification at leading-edge semiconductor nodes.
• Validate, maintain, and document software solutions for reliability and accuracy.
• Solve complex mathematical and geometric challenges in semiconductor verification.
• Collaborate with global colleagues in a geographically distributed R&D environment.
• Participate in technical discussions, code reviews, and process improvements.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
• 10+ years of professional experience.
• Strong proficiency in C and C++.
• Strong problem-solving, written communication, and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Exceptional mathematics background, including complex mathematical and geometric problem-solving.
• Expertise in physical verification or computational geometry.
• Experience developing engineering or scientific software.
