TL;DR
Sales & Revenue Data Analyst: Turning complex data into actionable insights across the full revenue funnel, from pipeline and forecasting to client retention and marketing performance with an accent on data storytelling and visualization. Focus on building forecasting models, pricing frameworks, and client-facing dashboards to drive commercial strategy.
Location: Fully remote (US); travel to team meetings required as necessary

What you will do
- Own pipeline reporting and revenue forecasting, partnering with sales leadership to track targets and identify risks/opportunities.
- Build pricing and deal-analysis frameworks to evaluate structures, margins, and competitiveness.
- Develop client-facing and internal reporting for retention, expansion, and renewals.
- Analyze marketing performance to optimize channel effectiveness and lead quality.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to answer business questions and present findings compellingly.
- Create and automate dashboards for timely revenue metrics visibility.
- Partner with engineering/data teams to maintain accurate data pipelines and models.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's in Business, Finance, Statistics, Economics, or related field.
- 5+ years in revenue analytics, sales operations, or business intelligence with end-to-end project ownership.
- Excellent communication and storytelling for non-technical stakeholders.
- Expert data visualization with tools like Omni, Looker, Domo, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Deep SQL expertise for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis on medium/large datasets.
- Experience with Python or R for analysis and modeling.
- Forecasting models and pipeline reporting in B2B environments.
Nice to have
- CRM platforms like HubSpot or Salesforce integration.
- AWS products such as RDS or Athena.
- Marketing attribution or customer lifetime value analysis.
- Knowledge of insurance, participation, ticketing, or travel industries.
