Salary: $102,375 - $153,563

What you will do

• Develop and optimize manufacturing processes to improve yield, cycle time, and capacity.
• Design and execute qualification tests for process or equipment changes.
• Analyze production data using statistical methods to recommend actionable improvements.
• Collaborate with design engineering to ensure the manufacturability of new products.
• Investigate root causes of production issues and implement corrective actions.
• Lead continuous improvement projects across the factory floor.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a cleanroom or high-tech manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, JMP, or Minitab.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and Design of Experiments (DOE) principles.
• Must be legally authorized to access controlled technology (US Export Administration Regulations).
• Ability to work in a clean room wearing coveralls, hoods, booties, safety glasses, and gloves.
