What you will do

  • Oversee and monitor collection efforts to ensure adherence to protocols and exceed company goals.
  • Review aging reports and collaborate with branch and region management to expedite resolution of outstanding payments.
  • Manage collector performance through monthly reviews, accountability processes, and performance management.
  • Train new hires and provide ongoing support on collection best practices and protocols.
  • Coordinate with Billing Supervisors to solve problematic billing issues and implement long-term solutions.
  • Prepare legal packages for non-paying customers and support the issuance of service suspension notices.

Requirements

  • 2 to 5+ years of related experience in a collections leadership role.
  • Experience in the elevator industry or a similar service-related field.
  • Ability to read and interpret business contracts, technical procedures, and government regulations.
  • Strong analytical skills to define problems, collect data, and draw valid conclusions.
  • Must be located in Atlanta, GA.
