What you will do

  • Manage the end-to-end customer invoicing process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness per contractual terms.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies, pricing issues, and missing documentation.
  • Produce critical financial reporting, including AR aging and cash forecast inputs.
  • Support month-end and quarter-end close through AR account reconciliation and billing verification.
  • Drive process standardization and automation using SAP S/4HANA, RPA, and LEAN methodology.
  • Contribute to the optimization of the global Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) process and tooling enhancements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Economics.
  • At least two years of collections experience within a publicly traded company.
  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP), Microsoft Office, S/4HANA, and RPA tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of internal control frameworks and relevant laws/regulations.
  • Must be based in Chandler, AZ.
