What you will do
- Manage the end-to-end customer invoicing process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness per contractual terms.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies, pricing issues, and missing documentation.
- Produce critical financial reporting, including AR aging and cash forecast inputs.
- Support month-end and quarter-end close through AR account reconciliation and billing verification.
- Drive process standardization and automation using SAP S/4HANA, RPA, and LEAN methodology.
- Contribute to the optimization of the global Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) process and tooling enhancements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Economics.
- At least two years of collections experience within a publicly traded company.
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP), Microsoft Office, S/4HANA, and RPA tools.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong understanding of internal control frameworks and relevant laws/regulations.
- Must be based in Chandler, AZ.
