What you will do

• Conduct code reviews across the platform codebase, providing clear feedback to maintain quality standards.
• Build and maintain integrations with enterprise systems like SharePoint (Microsoft Graph API), GitLab, EPDM, and internal services.
• Develop LLM API integrations across providers, including token management and streaming.
• Build RAG pipelines for document ingestion, parsing, embedding, vector storage, and retrieval.
• Develop Python backend APIs with async handling and background jobs.
• Contribute to agent framework development, authentication flows, and production troubleshooting.
• Collaborate on deployment, monitoring, infrastructure, and mentor junior engineers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering or related field + 5+ years experience, or Master’s + 3 years.
• U.S. citizenship required due to nature of work.
• Expert Python skills for writing, reading, and reviewing code.
• Experience building and consuming REST APIs.
• Working experience with major LLM APIs (token management, streaming, prompts, errors).
• Understanding of RAG patterns (embeddings, vector DBs, chunking, retrieval).
• Async programming or task queues; Git and Docker proficiency; thorough code reviews.
